Medical weight-loss consultation for patients interested in **Wegovy or Mounjaro**.

The doctor will discuss your medical history, weight-loss goals and treatment options, and assess whether medication is clinically suitable for you.

At your appointment time, the doctor will normally contact you by **telephone**. You may complete the consultation by phone or, if you prefer, ask to continue by **video call**, which can be arranged at the time.

If treatment is clinically appropriate, the doctor will discuss the most suitable option and provide the necessary prescription.

Consulta médica para pérdida de peso dirigida a pacientes interesados en **Wegovy o Mounjaro**.

El médico revisará su historial médico, objetivos de pérdida de peso y opciones de tratamiento, y valorará si el tratamiento es clínicamente adecuado para usted.

A la hora de la cita, el médico normalmente le contactará por **teléfono**. Puede realizar toda la consulta por teléfono o, si lo prefiere, solicitar continuar mediante **videollamada**, que podrá organizarse en ese momento.

Si el tratamiento es clínicamente adecuado, el médico le explicará la opción más apropiada y emitirá la receta necesaria.

Telephone consultation with an English-speaking doctor.

Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are included in the consultation fee. They are sent by email and can be used at any pharmacy in Spain.

Please select your preferred day and time. Our doctor will call the number provided. If you do not answer after several attempts, you will need to rebook.

Each consultation covers one medical condition or concern. Up to 4 prescription items may be issued, subject to the doctor’s clinical assessment.

Seleccione el día y la hora que prefiera. El médico llamará al número facilitado. Si no responde tras varios intentos, deberá reservar una nueva cita.

Cada consulta cubre un único problema médico. Se podrán emitir hasta 4 medicamentos con receta, según la valoración clínica del médico.

Please select your preferred day and time. After booking, you will receive an email containing a **Google Meet link**. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link to join the video consultation.

If there is a problem connecting through Google Meet, we may contact you by **WhatsApp video call** as a backup.

Each consultation covers one medical condition or concern. Up to 4 prescription items may be issued, subject to the doctor’s clinical assessment.

Si hubiera algún problema de conexión, podremos contactar con usted mediante **videollamada de WhatsApp** como alternativa.

Cada consulta cubre un único problema médico. Se podrán emitir hasta 4 medicamentos con receta, según la valoración clínica del médico.

If you require a medical prescription valid while on your holidays due to loss of your medication or simply need a repeat prescription as you have extended your stay, please book here. Prescriptions are sent out to your email. Please fill out all of your personal information and book a time and date. In order for us to check this medication has been issued to you, please send us an email (info@costamedicalservices.com) with any supporting documents, prescriptions from your family dr (screen shots, photos etc) Prescription turn around time can be up to two hours. Please note this service includes up to 4 medications for the same person. Please note some medication might not be available in Spain or are not available via e-prescriptions such as ALL MORPHINE BASED MEDICATIONS (OXYCONTIN etc). Our dr reserves the right to contact your doctor before sending the prescription.

Excellent service. I needed a repeat prescription as my was about to run out. Booked a repeat script appointment last night. The next morning they asked for information regarding the medication, I sent my medical details over and by midday the prescription was emailed to me.
