Native English speaking doctors phone consultation.

Medical prescriptions are included within the price of the consultation and are sent to your email /phone and can be used to buy the medication at any pharmacy within the country.

Please select a day and time which would suit you best.
These consultations are carried out from 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday.

We will send you an email with a link to start the video consultation (via Teleport) or if you choose a telephone consultation we will call you on the day and time of your booked appointment.

Please note that the teleport APP may be required on mobile telephones.

If you require urgent medical care or need to arrange a medical consultation at one of our medical centers please call us 24h on:

Please note that failure to be on time for your appointment or not answering the telephone (we will call a few times) will result in you needing to rebook via the booking page.

Please note that our doctors attend one pathology per consultation and a maximum of 4 prescriptions can be issued per consultation.

PLEASE READ:

If you require a medical prescription valid while on your holidays due to loss of your medication or simply need a repeat prescription as you have extended your stay, please book here. Prescriptions are sent out to your email. Please fill out all of your personal information and book a time and date. In order for us to check this medication has been issued to you, please send us an email (info@costamedicalservices.com) with any supporting documents, prescriptions from your family dr (screen shots, photos etc) Prescription turn around time can be up to two hours. Please note this service includes up to 4 medications for the same person. Please note some medication might not be available in Spain or are not available via e-prescriptions such as ALL MORPHINE BASED MEDICATIONS (OXYCONTIN etc). Our dr reserves the right to contact your doctor before sending the prescription.
